CORROSION RESISTANCE
EuroRoof® roofing material is non-react. acids, alkali, salt and other corrosive agents and thus provides excellent protection for a long period of time against chemical corrosion.
UV RAY RESISTANCE
No surface deformation on EuroRoof® roofing material takes place under ultra violet rays (BS2011).
HIGH & LOW TEMPERATURE RESISTANCE
No visible changes occur in EuroRoof® roofing material to a temperature range between -40 :C to +70 °C. No cracks or scaling actually take place. The change in dimension due to temperature difference of 50 °C is less than or equal to 0.1%.
GOOD WEATHER RESISTANCE
The surface material of EuroRoof® roofing material is compact and does not absorb water through water penetration by micro pores. Also due to the tightly connection process of joining sheets it provides outstanding water resistance performance.
FIRE RESISTANCE
Due to the non-combustible and self-Extinguishing nature of EuroRoof® roofing material it provides excellent fire resistance.
HEAT INSULATION
Heat conductivity of EuroRoof® roofing material is 0.104 W/m*C (K-value) which is about 1/3 of clay tile, 1/5 of 10mm thick cement sheet and 1/150 of 0.5mm thick color coated steel sheet.
SOUND INSULATION
The sound absorbency value of EuroRoof® roofing material is 40dB(DIN52210) on the average and thus provides excellent protection from sound of rain, hail and external noises.
LIGHT WEIGHT
With an overall weight of 3.5kg/sqm (2mm thickness) EuroRoof® roofing material is highly advantageous with regard to installation and earthquake safety. Furthermore it reduces the overall dead load on the structure.
EASY INSTALLATION
EuroRoof® roofing material is not sensitive to scratches, blow impact and falling from heights. Furthermore, the material can be easily cut, drilled and sawn and it easily to be handled. This has a positive impact on overall construction savings.
